ABOUT THE OWNER

Cortenay (she/her) is in private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Trauma-focused Yoga Teacher (200-CYT), Reiki Practitioner and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

She believes addressing our individual and collective trauma leads to self-compassion allowing us to acknowledge our interdependence and move us closer towards equity, justice and the healing of our communities.
